HAVE SHREK FOR BREAKFAST !
As you might have seen I sort of had a cheat day yesterday, incase you haven’t check my blog for a reasonably clean, mind blowing cookie-recipe, so today’s recipes are bound to be super clean and extra healthy.
To kick start your day :
Shrek-breakfastsmoothie
That’s in it:
- pineapple ( 1/2 ) - avocado ( 1/2 ) - spinach ( frozen, 1 handful ) - lime juice ( of 1 lime ) - agave syrup ( 1 teaspoon ) - mint leaves ( 1 handful )
1. Peel pineapple and chop roughly. That goes into the blender.
2. Remove avocado pulp from skin ( for an introduction see my pineapple-avocado gazpacho ). Again into the blender.
3. Pour everything else into the blender too and blend well.
Et voilà breakfast is served! You might want to decorate it with a mint leaf once it’s in the glass, if you like ;)
I feel like going for a run now, who else does? :D
